Subwoofer Amplifier

Designed to feed a low-frequency subwoofer speaker system, the amplifier is capable of up to 100W into an 8-W load. The OPA541BM op amp requires heatsinking and is manufactured by Burr-Brown Corporation. A damping control and relay to eliminate turn-on and turn-off thump in the speaker is included.
